Before You Start
Before you delete a channel from Veeqo, you should know:
You can opt to remove orders and listings
Products in Veeqo will not be deleted. Refer to our Delete A Product guide to do this
If you re-add the channel at a later date, listings will re-pull but old orders will not.
How to Delete a Store
Go to Settings.
Select Channels.
Click the three dots next to the "Settings" button for the channel you want to delete.
Click "Archive this channel".
Tick the checkbox which says "also archive all existing orders and listings from Veeqo" to hide all orders and listings. If you do not click this, you will not be able to remove the orders or listings from Veeqo.
Click "Archive Channel".
Unarchiving a Channel
It is not possible to unarchive a channel once it has been deleted. To get an archived store reinstated, contact Support.
