Before You Start
Before you can add your Shopify to Veeqo, you will need:
Your Shopify store’s URL
The store’s name
NOTE: Once your store has fully connected, some of your products will have review markers on them. This means a new product has been created and could potentially be a duplicate.
How to Connect Shopify to Veeqo
To connect your store follow these steps:
Head to Settings and select Marketplace and e-commerce integrations
Click "connect a channel"
Select Shopify and click next
Enter your store URL and store name
Click continue
You will then be redirected to Shopify to sign in to authorize the connection.
IMPORTANT: if you have multiple locations, go to settings and configure your locations after you have connected your channel. Your first location will be assigned to new channels by default.

Product Taxes
Product Taxes
From your Shopify website you can charge tax on a product basis. When this option is enabled on your store, Veeqo will calculate VAT on your Shopify orders.
IMPORTANT: Our customer support team cannot provide you with tax information or tax advice, it is your responsibility to ensure any taxable income is correctly reported. If in doubt, you should seek independent professional advice.
How to enable product taxes?
From the Products section in Shopify, select the product you would like to charge taxes on
In the pricing section of the product you will see an option for Charge Taxes On This Product
You will need to apply this option for all of your products
Once this option has been applied to your products on your Shopify store, any NEW orders that come into Veeqo will have the calculated VAT amount of the order.
Make sure that you have country taxes set on your Shopify store. You can get to this by going to Settings>Taxes.
