On a WIndows PC
1. Open Settings > Devices > Printers
2. Click + to add a new printer > wait for Discovery to finish and click ' The Printer was not listed '
3. Select 'Add Local Printer' > Next > Use an existing Port - Drop down and set COM1 > Next
4. Select a Generic Driver > Generic / Text only > Set a memorable placeholder name
On Veeqo
Check on devices to see if the printer is listed against the templates.
If so, select the printer to be the default for shipping labels.
