A Return/Refund request can have one status.
|Returning||If shipped items haven't been received in the warehouse and be added back into Veeqo stock|
|Returned||The items have been received but the refund amount still needs to be confirmed before it is ready to be paid to the customer|
|Ready To Refund||The refund amount is correct and the payment to the customer can be paid|
|Completed||The refund has been paid and the customer has been informed.|
|Archived||The customer has not disputed the refund amount after 30 days and no further action is required.|
