It's important that each team member has their own user account in Veeqo. There are different user roles that can be applied to individual users that will adjust account permissions and what sections of Veeqo they have access to.
You may want to update a user's role and permissions:
- If you don't want them to see sensitive data or sales information, such as Sales reports and.
- If you don't want them to have access to important settings, such as Store Settings.
Assigning User Roles
User roles can be assigned to specific users when Creating / Editing a user.
Head to SETTINGS > USERS to manage users.
1. Here you can:
- Select 'NEW USER' to create a new user.
- Edit an existing user by selecting the EDIT pencil next to their name.
2. Select a user role from the USER ROLE dropdown in the User Profile section. Select UPDATE USER at the bottom of the page to apply changes and update the user's permissions.
3. Each user role gives different account permissions and access:
|Admin||Full access to all pages, actions and managing users.|
|Customer Service Manager||Access to pages - except General Settings, Delivery Methods, Accounts, Warehouses, Digital Picking and some reports.|
|Warehouse Manager||Access to pages - except Stores, Email templates, Accounts and some reports.|
|Purchaser||Access to pages - except Stores, Email templates, Accounts and some reports.|
|Accountant||Access to most reports, limited access to Settings pages.|
|Customer Service Agent||Limited access to Settings pages.|
|Picker / Packer||Limited access.|

All Available Permissions
User roles with the permissions enabled, have access to:
Access to Settings > Stores. View, create, edit and archive stores.
(If a user doesn't have access to Stores, they are still able to: create / edit orders and change the stores, filter the orders and products page by store, view what products have listings on particular stores.)
Access to Settings > Digital Picking. Edit how picking batches are created.
(If a user doesn't have access to Digital Picking, they are still able to: accept a picking batch on the Veeqo Scanner.)
|Email Templates||Access to Settings > Email Templates. Edit Shipping confirmation, Order confirmation, Order cancellation or Refund templates.|
Access to Settings > Rules. View, create, edit, remove order rules.
(If a user doesn't have access to Rules, they are still able to: view which rules have been applied.)
Access to Settings > Warehouses. Create, edit, delete and change the priority order of warehouses. Make changes to stock take settings.
(If a user doesn't have access to Warehouses, they are still able to: perform a stock take, filter by warehouses on products/orders, manually allocate to warehouses, create an FBA store that automatically creates an FBA warehouse.)
Access to Settings > Accounts. Re-authenticate, sync or remove a Xero integration, view/edit Xero preferences. Connect Quickbooks or Quickbooks integration.
Access to Settings > Delivery Methods. Create, edit and delete delivery methods.
(If a user doesn't have access to Delivery Methods, they are still able to: filter by delivery method on the orders list, select delivery method when creating a new order or editing an order.)
Access to Settings > Printing Templates. Create, edit and delete printed document templates, change printed document templates type.
(If a user doesn't have access to Printing Templates, they are still able to: print documents and change device settings for documents.)
