If an item is lost or damaged in the post you can re-send some or all of the items using Veeqo's Re-Ship feature. To get started open the Shipped filter and Search For The Order then follow the step below:
Note: Amazon do not allow re-shipments. To prevent your Amazon account from generating late shipments this feature is blocked on all Amazon orders in Veeqo.
1. On the Order Summary scroll down to the Shipments section. Click the Re-Ship icon and choose Select Items To Be Re-Shipped Later. Enter the quantity of each item you want to resend.
2. Choose an Reason from the dropdown. If the customers address was incorrect check Change Shipping Address and make any amendments, then hit Book Reshipment. These items will be allocated to your order and if stock is available it will be Ready To Ship.
Available Re-shipping Reasons
|Faulty/Damaged Item||When the product arrived the customer has noticed it doesn't function correctly|
|Missing Item||The parcel arrived at the customers address but one or more items were not included|
|Lost In Transit||The package never arrived at the customers address|
