|Channel||The store that the order was created from. This will be shown as a list of store names e.g. "Main Site" and not store types e.g. "Amazon".||equal, not equal|

Delivery Method Name

|Destination Country||Select one or more countries used in the orders Shipping Address.||in, not in|
