When we pull orders from your store and we come across errors, we'll notify you with a notification similar to the following message:
We could not pull orders [39393, 44] from channel eBay US because of issues with them, please check and ship the order on your store
This happens when we've attempted to pull the order but we've encountered errors during this process, making it unavailable to import into Veeqo. This will be due to either of the following errors:
- The order has no products
- One of the products in the order are now deleted on the store
- One of the products in the order don't exist as a listing in Veeqo at all
To fix this, we would recommend amending the order to rectify these issues or simply shipping the order on your store.
