When listing your products to Amazon your product descriptions can not contain HTML code. This is due to Amazon's restrictions for their product listings. If your Veeqo products were created with HTML code in the descriptions you will need to remove this before listing the item to Amazon.
The quickest way is to remove all HTML in bulk from your products by editing the CSV file.
Before following the steps below make sure you have Update Products From This Store switched off on all your stores. If this is left on then any changes you make below will automatically be changed back on the next sync.
1. Go to Products in Veeqo and hit the Export button. If you have multiple warehouses select the warehouse that you want to edit first.
2. Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Excel then select the product_description column, then click Edit>Replace
3. In the Find What field enter <*> and leave the Replace With field empty, then hit Replace All.
4. Save the file under a new name and head back to Products in Veeqo. Click Import, then choose the same warehouse as selected in Step 1.
Your products should now have all HTML removed from the descriptions, and you can now list them to Amazon.
