When shipping with a tracked or recorded Royal Mail Service you may have the following error pop up: No Tracking Numbers Available For This Service
This means that your Royal Mail Account has just been added to your Veeqo account or that you have used up your previously added Tracking Numbers on all your shipments.
How to add tracking numbers
You can add tracking numbers by getting in touch with our support team via phone or the Help button at the bottom right corner in Veeqo:
Just let us know the service name and one of our support members will add them in for you!
For most services this is a matter of 15 minutes but for Special Delivery, Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 it might take slightly longer as we need to request these directly from Royal Mail before we can add them to your account.
