If you use Royal Mail with Veeqo and you have your shipments collected by Royal Mail you will need to create a Collection Manifest.
However, if you send your parcels by taking them to the Post Office each item will need to be scanned and processed. The collection manifest only includes the barcodes for the first and last item in your shipment.
As The Post Office and Royal Mail's Delivery Office operates on a different system to Royal Mail's Collection Service, they are unable to access the tracking numbers that are not included on the Manifest.
You can still use Veeqo's Royal Mail Integration to batch print your labels and update your OBA account by creating a Collection Manifest. However, The Post Office will need to scan every barcode. If you have a large amount of parcels Veeqo recommends printing a duplicate copy of your labels onto A4 paper. This prevents delays as the counter staff can scan the barcodes on this instead of each individual parcel.
