Once an order has shipped in Veeqo you can refund it in Veeqo. For details on partial refunding check out the Partial Refund article
1. On the Orders page, click on the order you want to refund
2. Once the Order Summary opens up, click the Refund Order button on the bottom left.
3. Select Restock Items to put the line items back into your inventory and write a reason for the refund if you want then click Confirm Order Refund.
4. Your order has been refunded and Veeqo will update the order status on your store.
Note On Shopify Orders
Refunding an order in Shopify will not update the order status in Veeqo, we suggest refunding your orders in Veeqo. When you refund a Shopify order in Veeqo, the status in Shopify will show as cancelled.
