If you're having trouble finding your Amazon listings in Veeqo, follow this troubleshooting guide
General product syncing issues
Products can take up to an hour to sync with Veeqo from your stores and differ from orders which are synced every 10 minutes.
Common issues for products not syncing are:
- Listings not being linked to a Veeqo product.
- Your store may be disconnected.
- Amazon FBA product with FBA disabled.
Listings not linked to Veeqo product
If you've got more than one store connected, then your listings will need to be linked in Veeqo. If they're waiting to be linked, they may not appear in your main products page. They will appear in 'UNLINKED' in the 'LISTINGS' tab.
Veeqo will let you know when you have unlinked products in the notification bar in the top right of the navigation. Selecting a notification will take you to the 'UNLINKED LISTINGS' page.
Your store may be disconnected
Go to 'SETTINGS' > 'STORES' and view the 'STATUS' column for your store. If the store is showing as 'INACTIVE' it means that it's been disconnected. An email should of been sent to the main account holder with why it's disconnected.
Amazon FBA product with FBA disabled
Check your Amazon Seller Central to see whether the missing products are Amazon FBA. If you haven't got FBA enabled on your Amazon store, head to 'SETTINGS' > 'STORES' and select your Amazon store. From here you can see whether you're FBA is connected.
