If your orders are taking over an hour to come into Veeqo then it may be that the customers payment hasn't been processed yet. By default Veeqo will only pull in your Amazon orders once the payment has been confirmed, however there is a great feature that you can enable which will pull in your Pending orders.
To enable this option follow these steps:
1. Head to Settings>Stores in your Veeqo app and click on the Amazon store.
2. Select the Edit tab and scroll down to the section How Orders Are Synced
3. Switch on the option Sync My Pending Orders and then hit Save
When your unpaid orders pull into Veeqo you'll see them on the Orders page under the status Waiting For Payment. Veeqo will automatically update the order into Ready To Ship once the payment has been processed.
