To cancel your account, get in touch with us via email at: email@example.com. We will then take care of closing your account and see if there's anything else we can do to help.
If you change your mind and would like you re-activate your account within a short period of time, you can either login and enter your billing details or contact us. After a certain period, your account with all your inventory and orders will be deleted and removed from our system.
Both monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically re-new and any cancellations should be submitted prior to the payment being processed. Cancellations submitted after a renewal will not be eligible for a refund. Any cancellations requests submitted by any other method other than described above will be discounted.
