Automatically acknowledge your Walmart orders with Veeqo

With Veeqo you won’t need to manually acknowledge every order from your Walmart store. By connecting your Walmart store to Veeqo, the option for Veeqo to automatically acknowledge your pending Walmart orders is activated by default, optimising your workflows.

To check the status of this setting or turn it on, follow these steps:

  1. Click into your Walmart Store

  2. Click “AUTHORIZE CONNECTION”

  3. Ensure the option is turned on to “Auto acknowledge pending orders”

Using Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) with Walmart

You can now use MCF with Walmart, however you will have to use the Blank Box and 'No Amazon Logistics' to comply with Walmart's policies.

These options cannot be changed for Walmart but you can see the settings by going to Settings > Marketplace and E-commerce integrations > Walmart > Edit > Show advanced settings

Expand 'Amazon FBA MCF:' with the right hand arrow to see the following

Note: There is a +5% fee charged to seller for using the 'No Amazon Logistics' option

How often do you pull in orders?
We pull orders every 10 minutes

How often do you pull in new products?
We pull new products every 60 minutes

How often do you pull in product updates or changes?
We pull product updates every 60 minutes. If updates are not syncing then please ensure the following setting is enabled.

You can do this by:

  1. Click into your Walmart Store

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Scroll to section 2 and you will see this setting


Do you pull historical orders?
At the moment, we do not pull historic orders from Walmart

Do you pull refunds or cancelled order statuses?
At the moment, we do not pull refunds or cancelled order statuses into Veeqo from Walmart.

Do you pull cost prices from Walmart?
At the moment, we do not pull the cost prices through from Walmart

Is it possible to push stock from a particular location depending on the customers state?
Currently this is not possible. Veeqo will push stock to your store based on the location that you have attached to your store. Please click here to learn more on adding locations to your stores.

Do you pull in gift messages?
At the moment we do not pull gift messages into Veeqo from Walmart.

Can I push a full or partial refund from Veeqo to Walmart?
At the moment it isn't possible to push any state of refunds to your Walmart store, you will need to perform this action on Walmart directly.
