Change settings to pack order before shipping
If you want to confirm you’ve packed an order correctly before shipping it, you can change the ‘Buy Label’ button to ‘Pack’. The package must be completely packed before you can buy a label for it.
Note! This setting can only be changed by the account owner.
To enable this change, follow these steps:
Go to Settings
Click General
Tick the checkbox “Users can Buy Label only after packing the order”
4. Click Save
When the packer goes to ship an individual order they will see the new packing confirmation actions.

You can pack an order using product barcodes or by clicking the product quantities on the screen. You can only pack unshipped orders.
