Split an order into several packages

This guide applies to Sellers based in the United States only. For sellers based in the United Kingdom please see this guide.

If you can't fit an order into a single box or need to send out different parts from different warehouses or at different times you can split an order and print separate labels for each package.

Note: If you get an order which is waiting for stock on some of the items, Veeqo will automatically allocate the items you do have in stock and you can send this separately. You can then send the items you are waiting for as a separate shipment at a later date.

Split an order into two or more packages

Important: It's not possible to split a shipment between an order using Amazon's fulfilment service (FBA and MCF)

To add a package follow these steps:

  1. Go to the orders page and find the order you would like to split into two or more packages

  2. Click the down arrow next to the Buy label button for that order

3. Click “Manage Split packages”

4. Click “Add package”

Note: If you have shipping emails turned on in your store settings, a separate shipping email will be sent for each of the packages you ship. These will include the relevant tracking numbers for the shipment.

Move items between packages

  1. Go to the orders page and find the order you would like to make changes to.

  2. Click the down arrow next to the buy label button for that order

3. Click “Manage split packages”

4. Drag and drop the line items from the order into the package you would like that line item to be part of.

5. If there’s more than one of an item you can confirm the quantity to move to the package

6. Click “Save” to confirm your choice

7. When you are happy with the parcels you have created click Save to confirm

Delete a package

  1. Go to the orders page and find the order you would like to delete a parcel from.

  2. Click the down arrow next to the buy label button for that order

3. Click Manage split packages

4. Select the package you would like to delete

5. Click Delete to delete the package

6. Confirm which package to move the items to

7. Click Save

Change the ship from location of a package

  1. Go to the orders page and find the package you want to change the location for

  2. Click the down arrow next to the “Ship from” location

  3. Select the warehouse you want to ship the package from
