Welcome to the new Veeqo orders page! 🎉
We have made some changes to the Veeqo orders page. You will still be able to access all of the information you could before but we have condensed the order view to allow more sellers to easily view their orders without having to scroll left and right. We’ve also added 4 more great features to help you with your fulfilment process.
We have added an errors column to allow you to identify and resolve any errors on the order quickly and efficiently.
To resolve these issues:
Click on the error icon in the screenshot above to view the errors.
Click “Fix.” This will redirect you to the order to update the missing information.
Shipping Confirmation Column
This column will show, based on your store settings, if a shipping confirmation email will be sent for your order. If the icon is highlighted blue, this indicates that a shipping confirmation will be sent to your customer. You can overwrite this setting on a per order basis. To do this, follow these steps:
Click on the shipping confirmation icon
2. You can now choose to tick the check box displayed below to send the shipping confirmation to your customer when the order is shipped or untick the check box if you would not like us to send the shipping confirmation email for you.
3. Click “Save”
Ship by column
This column will show you when you need to dispatch each order by. For Amazon stores we will automatically set the ship by date to help you meet your delivery promise to your customers. For all other stores you can create Veeqo automation rules to automatically set up a ship by date for your orders.
You will have access to our new Print Queue.
