To file a claim with your carriers you will need to contact the carrier directly. Here is a list of their help guides to help with this.


UPS

For US domestic shipments the path to file a claim with UPS is via 1 of 2 methods:

  1. Call UPS directly at 1-800-711-5914 [UPS associates are trained to support claims from 3rd party sellers.]

  2. Follow this guide to file online at UPS.com (https://www.ups.com/ )

Note: A UPS login is required (anyone can create one), but a UPS ship account for payment/billing is not required.
