Shipment not created - The selected international service is unavailable for the destination country.
If you receive this error message it means that the shipping service you are trying to use is no longer available for the destination country. You will need to select a valid service that is available to this country.
Tracking Number - No Tracking Number Available (Royal Mail only error)
This error means that you are trying to ship with a service that has no tracking numbers available. Please contact our support team with the service you are trying to use so they can request these from Royal Mail for you.
Shipment was not created. Domestic shipments must use a domestic service
This means that you are trying to use an international service for a domestic shipment. You must use a domestic service for domestic shipments.
The selected international service is not available to this destination country
This usually means that the service that you are using to ship too that destination is not available. In this case for example, you can look on Royal Mail's sending guide based on the destination to find out what shipping services they can use:

The error is due to the HS code that has been assigned against the product is invalid/incorrect.

This can be related to the product prices. Many carriers do not allow 0 product prices for orders. The error can also happen when they have 100% discount on one of the items. The only current work around is to change the price to be more than 0, e.g. 0.1
The declared value is missing
This usually means that the order value is £0.00 - The order needs to have a value in order to ship.
Missing quotes or undefined error message
If you are not receiving quotes from your shipping carrier when trying to ship an order or are receiving an undefined error message please the following troubleshooting steps:
Customers address - Double check your customers address. You can do this using a carrier address verifier for the carrier you are trying to use.
Customer email and phone number- Check that the customer has an email address and phone number added to the order. Some carriers will not accept a shipment via the API if these are not present.
Total order weight- Check that the order has a total weight added. The weight needs to be above 0.
Maximum weight allowed by the service - Check that the weight you have added for the order can be accepted by the service you are trying to use.
Ship from address- We send your location address in Veeqo to the carrier as your ship from address. Check you have a valid location address in settings.
