To see why some services are unavailable for an order follow these steps:
Go to the order and click into the drop down menu under shipping rates
2. If the service you are trying to use does not show in the list of available services, Click “View unavailable shipping services” at the bottom of the list
3. Here you can view the unavailable shipping services and the reason they are not available for this order.
