Unable to find SKU

If you cannot find the SKU in the inventory page but you can search the product by name then please see the following steps bellow -

  1. Select the product

  2. Press the Edit button

  3. You should be able to refresh the SKU by changing the SKU name

  4. Save Changes

  5. Go back and change the SKU to the original SKU title

  6. Save Changes

  7. You should be able to find the product by SKU in the inventory page now

Character Limit

Veeqo can only search for SKU codes/Product Names which has more than three characters. If you are unable to find a product then please ensure that the SKU code/Product Name is three characters or more.


Barcode data showing incorrectly

If you have created or edited barcodes in the CSV, sometimes the cells will be in the incorrect format. Make sure you are using the text format instead of the number format to avoid any complications. From there we will pull in the correct data from the upc_code field


Supplier information not showing in supplier page after CSV download

After associating suppliers to products, if there is no cost price and/or reference number added to the supplier, then this is more than likely because both the cost price and reference field was not added into the CSV. You must make sure that you fill in both the cost price and reference field for the CSV to be imported correctly.

Also make sure that you add the supplier fields as custom fields when importing the CSV into Veeqo. When importing the CSV this will be in the products page and not the supplier page.

Bin Location not showing in CSV

If you cannot find the bin location in the CSV file, this may be because when exporting the CSV ‘All Warehouses’ has been selected under stock levels. The bin location will only show if one warehouse is selected, the bin location is called ‘Location’ in the CSV file.

Duplicated Product Titles

When you see any duplicated titles in the inventory page, this is because the description is the same name as the product title. To fix this please see the following steps below -

  1. Click onto the Product

  2. Edit the product by pressing the pencil icon

  3. Remove the name inside the description field

  4. Save Changes

Cannot merge products

When you cannot merge a product this is likely because you are trying to merge with a kit product. You cannot merge a product with a kit as well as merge a kit to a kit. You can only merge two singular products together for the merging to work correctly.

Product not showing in the Inventory Page

When the product is not showing in the inventory page, go to > Listings > Search for the missing SKU and then from there you can check if the product is linked to an existing product in Veeqo. This usually happens when the SKU codes are the same, to resolve this you can unlink the listing and then press the ‘+’ button on the side of the listing and that will create a new product based on that listing.


Unable to find products when filtering by warehouse

If you cannot find certain products when filtering by the warehouse, it is more than likely because the products are out of stock. We do not show products that are out of stock when filtering by the warehouse, only products that are in stock for that particular warehouse.
