SmartConsign is used for Multi-Carrier Shipping. You will be able to connect DX, Hermes and Yodel through our third party called SmartConsign. Please feel free to go to the Veeqo Marketplace for the full list of carriers they support.

  1. Before you connect SmartConsign with Veeqo, please reach out to the SmartConsign support team to setup your account.

  2. Once you have setup your account, please go to Shipping Carrier Integrations within Veeqo and you should see a carrier with a spanner icon. If you cannot find this then please contact the support team by creating a live chat with us or email helpme@support.veeqo.com. The carrier should look like this -

  3. Once you can see the carrier with the spanner icon, please click the ‘Settings’ button and from there you can add in the Base URL, Name and Tracking URL. You can find these details on the Veeqo Marketplace or download the installation guide and go to page 4 for more information on creating a carrier.

  4. Once you have created the carrier a token should be generated, you will need to send this token to SmartConsign to link your account

  5. When the account is linked, please go to ship an order to see if services have pulled through
