When shipping with Royal Mail you may find that the Parcel Type is marked as N/A. This is intended behaviour for when the parcel type is implicit, this will not cause any issues with your shipments.

For example, since Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracking 48 have a separate service for Large Letter then their parcel type is automatically made as an implicit parcel type.
