When using DPD services for Amazon Logistics there will be no quotes shown in the shipping page, this guide will provide a workaround on what you can do to resolve this.

You will need to create a shipping rule to resolve this issue, you can do this by going to Settings > Rules and then from there you can create a new rule.

  1. First you will need to create an IF statement

    1. You can add which channel the order is coming from, in this case, this will be your Amazon channel

    2. You can then create an Amazon delivery option, you should use Amazon Logistics for Prime Orders

  2. From there you can then set the preferred shipping options

    1. Please select the Amazon Logistics option inside the carrier field

    2. You can then add a DPD service
