To help the Veeqo Support Team investigate some issues with the Veeqo Android App you may be asked to turn on the Debug Mode. When you attempt to replicate the issue you are experiencing the Veeqo team will have access to logs that will help troubleshoot the problem.
To enable Debug Mode
- From the Menu tab click the profile picture icon next to your email address
2. Turn on the Debug Enabled option. Then hit the menu button to navigate to the area where you are experiencing the issue. Try to replicate the issue again and inform support once the problem has re-occurred.
