When shipping with Royal Mail, all international orders require a customs declaration form to be printed and attached to the order. There are two types of forms and the form you need will depend on the value of the items you are shipping.

  • For items with a value up to £270, a CN22 is required

  • For items with a value over £270, a CN23 is required

You can set up rules in Veeqo so that the correct form is printed at the time of shipping orders.

Note: If you have previously created a rule to print out the older CN22 / CN23 template, you will need to amend your rules and ensure the correct CN22 / CN23 template CN22[2021] / CN23[2021] is selected instead.

Step 1

Go to Settings > Rules

Step 2

Click + New Rule for Order

Step 3

First set up a rule to print CN22 [2021] forms. To set up this rule, make sure the information in your rules is the same as in the image below and select Update Rule. This rule will ensure that all orders with a value of less than or equal to £270 will have CN22 [2021] forms printed when you ship these orders.

Step 4

Now, you can set up the rule to print CN23 [2021] forms. To set up this rule, make sure the information in your rules is the same as in the image below and select Update Rule. This rule will ensure that all orders with a value of greater than £270 will have CN23 [2021] forms printed when you ship these orders.

Step 5

Confirm your rules have been saved by reviewing the Rules page for your CN22 [2021] and CN23 [2021] rules.
