What is a 4x6 Label with Packing Slip?

One of the default templates that load when you create your Veeqo account is the 4x6 Label & Packing Slip. It's a multi-page 4x6 document designed to be printed with a thermal label printer. The first page of the document comprises of the carriers shipping label and any additional pages list the shipped products of the order.

Check out the Packing Slip Document guide for alternative templates and ways you can use packing slips in Veeqo.

Warning! If you print a Packing Slip With Integrated Shipping Label template before you make the shipment the document will print without the shipping label because no label has been created yet.

Difference Between Packing Slip & Invoice

The Packing Slip is designed to show minimal amount of financial details compared to the Invoice. The Packing Slip also shows kit contents whereas the Invoice shows the kit product.

The 4x6 Label & Packing Slip will include all items that the customer ordered. If you want to only show items that haven't been shipped yet we recommend using the standard Packing Slip template and generating the shipping label separately.

To print out a Packing Slip with Shipping label follow these steps

  1. Ship the orders with one of Veeqo's connected carriers.

  2. Filter orders that have been shipped today

3. Select the orders you want to print or go straight to Actions if you want to print all filtered orders. Choose Print>Choose Templates.

4. Choose 4x6 Label & Packing Slip template.

Depending how many orders are being printed the document will either open up in a new tab ready to be printed or sent to the notification bell. If you have Auto Print setup the document will go straight to the printer
