How to connect myHermes in Veeqo
1. To get setup with myHermes, first head to the shipping section by hovering your mouse over Settings and clicking on Shipping
2. Click on Connect next to the myHermes logo to bring up the account details window.
3. To connect myHermes to your Veeqo account, select Activate myHermes. myHermes is powered by our sister company ParcelBright.
If you've previously shipped with one of the ParcelBright couriers (without using your own shipping account), you will have an existing ParcelBright account and you'll be able to ship with myHermes straight away.
If you're a new customer, your ParcelBright account will be created and you'll be able to log in and add credit to your account.
Please note: Shipping will only work if you have credit balance or Direct Debit setup on your ParcelBright account.
4. Make sure myHermes is turned on from the Shipping Settings page to enable it on the Ship screen. You will then be able to view quotes straight away.
