This will explain how to create a Royal Mail shipping label for 1 order at a time, you can also read a guide to create Royal Mail labels in bulk.

  1. In the order list screen click "Ship" in the actions column for the order OR you can click a single order and in the next screen click the "Ship" button.

2. Choose a Royal Mail services available under "Royal Mail" in the right hand screen.

3. To ensure you can create a shipping label, the total weight should be above 0 and you should have a valid shipping address for the order and also a valid address in your main warehouse (the from address).

4. Every day you need to create at least 1 collection manifest for Royal Mail. This is how we inform Royal Mail about your shipments.


Optioninal - Printing your invoices

You can print your invoices by selecting the order(s) and going to Print > Invoice and this will be downloaded as a PDF. If you have VPrint installed, you can choose a printer to have it printed immediately rather than downloading it as a PDF first.
