Amazon Buy Shipping is a label service, where you can buy shipping labels for various carriers through Amazon Seller Central (and Veeqo) for your Amazon orders.
Note: We allow the selection of shipping methods for Amazon orders that don’t meet Amazon’s delivery promise. Orders that are shipped using out-of-promise ship methods will not be covered by Buy Shipping protection. IMPORTANT:
You can only use Buy Shipping for your Amazon orders and not for orders from other platforms.
Amazon does offer a separate service called Amazon Shipping for shipping non Amazon orders.
Buy Shipping should be used for all Prime Orders. DO NOT use a direct Veeqo courier integrations otherwise your VTR Metrics may be affected
How does it work?
You must be an Amazon marketplace seller and enrolled into Amazon Buy Shipping program. You can use Buy Shipping to fulfil Amazon Prime order using your own inventory.
Veeqo has direct integration with Buy Shipping, so you can print shipping labels for all your Amazon orders domestic and international services without leaving Veeqo.
The integration works with all Buy Shipping services.
You will have to log in to your Amazon Sellers Central Account to generate the collection manifest. Go to "Orders>order reports>end of day reports>create collection forms"
We support outputting label in both A4 and 6x4 thermal label format.
You can print labels one by one, or you can create up to 100 labels at a time as long as all orders are going with the same service.
Offer shipping solutions that can meet the customer delivery promise | Buy Shipping automatically suggests shipping services based on services that can meet the delivery promise to the customer, your carrier preference and lowest available cost. |
Help safeguard your performance metrics | Negative Customer Feedback: If you ship on time with tracking via Buy Shipping, and the buyer leaves seller feedback solely related to delayed or undelivered packages, you can request to have the feedback reviewed. If approved, the impact of the feedback is removed from your Order Defect Rate, and the buyer’s comment will be displayed with a strike-through and the statement: The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller. The customer feedback policy ensures sellers are only responsible for shipping their products on time and are not penalized for delays out of their control. A-to-z Guarantee claims: If you purchase Amazon's Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims. |
