Master of stock means Veeqo will have access to update stock levels on your stores. When stock levels change in Veeqo, all of your stores will be updated and accurate. This prevents overselling and other operational issues.

By default, new stores do not have this setting enabled. When you're ready, you can enable this by following the steps below.

How to enable master of stock

(NOTE - This guide is aimed towards new sign-ups and free-trial customers. If you are a current customer, please see THIS GUIDE -

1. Please review and complete this checklist before setting Veeqo as master of stock.

2. Head to the home page and click ‘ Enable master of Stock’.

Note: If this is hidden from you, you will need to get in contact with our implementation team first for them to check your account is set up correctly and enable access.

3. You will be taken through a process so you can update 100% of your stock catalog for each of your locations. There are 2 options:

4. Any missing data will be highlighted after you have uploaded your stock quantity. After updating these quantities, click 'Yes Go Live now'. Your stock will begin to synchronise, and all of your store's stock will sync.

Use inventory levels from your most accurate store

Use the stock information from one of your stores, with 100% of your product catalog, to set current stock levels in Veeqo.

If you wish to use a store's stock values, select the store and hit continue. When you are ready to confirm, Veeqo will start pulling the stock values from that store.

Note 1: We recommend doing this during non-peak times, as this process can take up to several hours. DO NOT update any orders in Veeqo at this time.

Note 2: you will only be able to use a store's stock value if it has 100% of your product catalog so every product is updated.
