Note: Cancellations cannot be processed via supports live chat messaging system or over the phone. Any cancellations requests submitted by any other method other than described above will be discounted.

If you do decide to can cancel your Veeqo subscription, as per clause 6.0 of our terms and conditions you must provide us with 30 days’ notice. No refunds will be provided for remaining unused days under a Monthly subscriptions or Annual subscriptions.

If you change your mind and would like you re-activate your account within a short period of time, you can either login and enter your billing details or contact us. After a certain period, your account with all your inventory and orders will be deleted and removed from our system.

Note: Both monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically re-new and any cancellations should be submitted in advanced to the payment being processed. Cancellations submitted after a renewal will not be eligible for a refund.
