Recommend Shipping Services (Single Shipping Only)

When shipping an order individually the selected Carrier and Service will be pre-selected. This can be edited before shipping if required. Carriers available in order rules:

Set Preferred Packaging

Automatically assign a package preset to your order. Use either carriers own packaging or your own custom packages. This saves time as you don't need to enter dimensions when shipping or have to manually select the correct package.

Add Order Tag

Choose from one or more of your existing order tags to be added to the selected orders.

If you remove the tag from the order it will automatically be re-added when the order is next updated and the rule still matches

Add Internal Note

Add specific text to be automatically saved as an internal note to your rule. For example, when an order is created that contains a specific product you can add an internal note that says "Coupon-123-ABC". This can then be included on invoices that you print out from Veeqo.

Apply Dispatch Date

Automatically set an SLA for your orders by applying a dispatch date. When the action is triggered a dispatch by date calculate based on the order created date.

Note: If a dispatch date has already been set it won't get updated by a rule.

Apply Due Date

The Due Date is the date that the customer expects the package to arrive. Automatically set a specific Due Date for the order. When the action is triggered a due date us calculated based on the order created date.

Note: If a due date has already been set it won't get updated by a rule.

  • Next Week

  • Same Day

  • + 2 Days time

  • + 3 Days time

  • + 4 Days time

  • +5 Days time

  • +6 Days time
