For a detailed breakdown on Veeqo's Order Rules feature please check out the Order Rules Overview guide.

Actions you can use:

  • Set a Shipping carrier and serviceĀ

  • Set a Invoice template for a order

  • Auto print invoice after shipping order

  • Add order tag to a order

  • Create internal note on a order

Recommend Shipping Services (Single Shipping Only)

When shipping an order individually the selected Carrier and Service will be pre-selected. This can be edited before shipping if required. Carriers available in order rules:

  • Amazon Logistics

  • Amazon Shipping

  • Asendia

  • Australia Post

  • DHL Express

  • DHL Packets

  • DPD

  • DPD Local

  • DX

  • Fedex

  • Hermes World

  • MyHermes

  • Royal Mail

  • UK Mail

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • Yodel

Set Preferred Packaging

Automatically assign a package preset to your order. Use either carriers own packaging or your own custom packages. This saves time as you don't need to enter dimensions when shipping or have to manually select the correct package.

Add Order Tag

Choose from one or more of your existing order tags to be added to the selected orders.

If you remove the tag from the order it will automatically be re-added when the order is next updated and the rule still matches

Add Internal Note

Add specific text to be automatically saved as an internal note to your rule. For example, when an order is created that contains a specific product you can add an internal note that says "Coupon-123-ABC". This can then be included on invoices that you print out from Veeqo.
