This guide applies to Sellers based in the United States only.
Important: This will apply for all pre-existing carriers in Veeqo. Any Own account integrations will be charged directly through the Carrier.
You can purchase shipping labels directly through Veeqo. These labels will be charged to the credit card you have entered in Veeqo either on a weekly cycle or when you reach your credit limit, which ever occurs first.
You can see your companies credit limit on the Billing and Invoicing page under Transactions. This figure differs per company.
The charges will be made through Stripe. To see the supported card brands, see this guide.
Enter a New Card
Click the settings COG
Go to the billing and invoicing page
Click “Add Credit Card”
4. Enter your card details in the space provided
Note: Veeqo accepts American Express cards but these need the 3-digit CIP number at the back of the card to be added to Veeqo
5.Click “Save Credit Card”
Enter your Billing Address
Click the settings COG
Go to the billing and invoicing page
Click “Add Credit Card”
4. Click the Billing Address tab
5. Ensure all of the correct details are filled in and click “Update billing address”
Edit your Card Details
Click the settings COG
Go to the billing and invoicing page
Click the pencil icon on the right hand side of your payment details. You will be directed to the billing address tab.
Click into the credit card tab and enter your payment details as above
Edit your Billing Address
Click the settings COG
Go to the billing and invoicing page
Click the pencil icon on the right hand side of your payment details. You will be directed to enter your billing address as above
View your Transactions
Click the settings COG
Scroll to the “Transactions” section of the billing and invoicing page
Click View All Transactions
4. You will see all transactions as displayed below
Retry a failed transaction
Important: Until the issue is resolved, you will not be able to purchase labels in Veeqo.
If a credit card payment fails, Veeqo will not retry the payment on the existing credit card.
You will need to do the following to retry the payment and resolve the issue:
Add a new card OR Re-add the existing card by following the steps above.
