The items have been received but the refund amount still needs to be confirmed before it is ready to be paid to the customerReady To
The refund amount is correct and the payment to the customer can be paid
The refund has been paid and the customer has been informed.
The customer has not disputed the refund amount after 30 days and no further action is required.
