A Return/Refund request can have one status.


  • If shipped items haven't been received in the warehouse and be added back into Veeqo stock


  • The items have been received but the refund amount still needs to be confirmed before it is ready to be paid to the customerReady To¬†


  • The refund amount is correct and the payment to the customer can be paid


  • The refund has been paid and the customer has been informed.


  • The customer has not disputed the refund amount after 30 days and no further action is required.
