This guide applies to Sellers based in the United Kingdom only.
If an item is lost or damaged in the post you can re-send some or all of the items using Veeqo's Re-Ship feature. To get started open the Shipped filter and search for the order then follow the step below:

This feature isn't supported for US Sellers.
Amazon do not allow re-shipments. To prevent your Amazon account from generating late shipments this feature is blocked on all Amazon orders in Veeqo.
On the Order Summary scroll down to the Shipments section.
Click the Actions button
Choose either Re-ship with the same service, Change Service And Re-Ship (Royal Mail Only) or Select items to be re-shipped later
Below are the alternative re-shipping options:
Re-Ship With The Same Service
This will adjust stock.
The same shipping carrier and service will be used.
A label will be generated right away and the order won't go back into Ready To Ship
You can not partially reship items.
Change Service And Re-Ship (Royal Mail Only)
This will adjust stock
You can choose an alternative Royal Mail service to use.
A label will be generated right away and the order won't go back into Ready To Ship
You can not partially reship items.
Select Items To Be Re-Shipped Later
This will adjust stock right away
You can choose how much of each item you want to reship
The reshipment will go into Ready To Ship so you can pick and pack the order
You can choose any carrier and service you want to use when shipping these items
You can edit the address before creating the re-shipments
Note: If Return Request exists for the items that you have re-shipped simply enter a note in the request and mark it as Completed.
