Merge Orders Work-around

Identify orders that can potentially be shipped together

Updated over a week ago

To identify which orders can potentially be shipped together use the Mergeable filter on the Orders page. Ready To Ship orders with a matching zip/postcode and 1st line of address are highlighted and grouped together, making it easier to decide which orders could be shipped in the same package.

Important: You cannot merge orders together but the filter will show orders that can be shipped in the same parcel.

Note: The mergeable filter works on views that contain up to 10,000 orders. If your current view contains more than 10,000 orders we recommend adding other filters such as Country to reduce the amount of orders.

If you want to ship orders together, we recommend adding the weight of your second order to the first when generating the shipping label. This will make sure you do not incur any surcharges by your carrier.

Once you have generated the shipping label from one order, copy and paste the tracking number into the second order and mark that as Ship without label.
