Sometimes a customer may request an order to be canceled before you've dispatched it. Depending on the store that the order was placed the process of cancelling the order may be slightly different. Click on a store type to jump to that section in the guide

Accidentally Cancelled An Order?

If you didn't mean to cancel a customers order don't worry! Simply Duplicate it by hitting Actions>Duplicate. We recommend adding an internal note to explain what happened. You should also reach out to the customer to let them know that their order number has changed and to reassure them that their items are still on the way!
