Create a seamless payment process for your customers, by taking customer payments directly in Veeqo. Our integration with Stripe allows you to take your customer credit card details as you create an order, great for phone orders or when you are visiting customers.

If you do not have a stripe account, visit their website to set one up.

How to connect your Stripe account

Follow these steps to connect your Stripe account to Veeqo, if you do not have a Stripe account, then only takes 5 minutes to create one.

  • Go to Settings and click Payment Gateway 
  • Click Connect Payment Gateway
  • Click Connect with Stripe
  • You will be redirected to Stripe to sign in to your account, top right. Or have the chance to create a Stripe account

Payment gateway settings 

Taking payment while creating an order:

To be able to take payments when creating an order in Veeqo, you need to have the ‘Use for phone orders’ setting turned on. 

To do this: 

  • Click edit action on the payment gateway page
  • Make sure the ‘Use for phone orders’ is highlighted blue, if not simply click it 

Add a payment option to Wholesale customer invoices:

  • Click edit action on the payment gateway page
  • Make sure the ‘Use for online invoices’ is highlighted blue

How to take payments in Veeqo

Once you have completed the steps above you can instantly start taking payments from your customer in Veeqo. 

To do this:

  • When you are happy hit create order and a pop up will appear for you to enter your customer's card details

  

Once the card has been accepted the order will appear as ready to ship on your orders page.
